ANGELINA IRVINE,
the 9th of the 11 children born to Thomas and Tabitha – two of whom
"died untimely", there proper order of birth being known, and apparently
unknowable. She was born 19th Nov., 1820 – although the 1850 Knox
Census would indicate that her birth was in 1825. Since Angelina herself made
the copy from her mother’s Bible it would seem necessary to credit her with
knowing the proper date. That she was married seems confirmed by issue of two
children a boy and a girl. As to their father’s name? From somewhere comes the
surname ‘Carr’ – not from any officially recorded source and supposedly not in
confusion with the ‘Carr’ error of Sister Sarah’s marriage recording. Issue–
